#3 is a boost leak and I would start with the pipe that is attached to the compressor side of the turbo. That's where mine liked to leak before I went to hard pipes.

Childersburg AL,
*UPDATE*

ok guys I know its been a while but Ive made some definate progress.
my poor car has been cursed with a code 52 ever since I bought it.
I rewired the knock sensors and to no avail it was still there.
so I knew what was next. two new sensors later no codes!!!!

my spark plug valley was flooded with oil again...
so I swapped the stockers with 8 mils and replaced the gaskets.
I took my time and made sure there wouldnt be a third.
while It was apart I replaced my spark plugs, picked up some MSD 8.5 mil wires, and a newer coil pack with seperate ground mod.

the previous owner painted EVERYTHING black and green:nono:, not really my style so I went through and ditched the green for bronze. Ill take some pics when it stops raining.

since I cant afford a good short throw, and the chopped stocker wasnt working out. I decided that was next on the list.
I opted for a taller knob and just the lower section of the shifter, now it feels solid during shifts and gives the low profile look I was after

Over all that car runs fantastic!!:icon_bigg
its pulls so smooth and hard even under low boost.
the sound of the turbo spoolin and the factory bypass valve turns heads without fail.

I purchased a MAFT basic and gm 3" sensor so I can get rid of the factory MAF and have some tuning ability. I think Im going to pair it with a SAFC 2 or NEO. once I get a intercooler kit with hardpipes ill do the install.
im gonna sell my blitz bov and get a Tial. They sound sooooo good!!!!!
I love the flutter at low psi...

Like I said before pics are coming as soon as it stops raining so stay tuned....

Childersburg AL,
Update. ok guys its been a long time and for good reasons.
I lost my job in November 2009, long story short ive spent the last 10 months getting back on my feet.
The car has come a long way, new mod list includes

3" exhaust
Apexi SafcII
hks boost gague
Greddy Boost controller
Greddy turbo timer
Cx racing Front mount Intercooler
Tial Bov
intrax lowering springs
Infinity G35 19's
tinted tail lights
new headlights
upper radiator hardpipe kit.

and for the bad news, the engine and turbo set up only have about 100 miles on it.
and even though It has arp studs and a good head gasket. I blew the head gasket:cry:
I died a little inside.... It took me over a year to put everything together and i didnt even get everything broke in.

So now im looking at a 1jz swap, soon all my 7m stuff will be up for sale.
I will post updated pictures soon. I look forward to finishing my baby

goodluck, thats a clean car, dirt shows on white really easily. Sucks about what your pops pulled on you, that'd be an assault charge for me.

Childersburg AL,
So summers gettin close and i couldnt take it any more.
Pulled the head today with the help of a buddy and got a couple suprises.
i thought the head gasket was blown due to the milk shake in my oil pan but it never over heated. turns out the person i purchased the car from told the truth when he said it was freshly rebuilt with arp head studs. but apparently he's a dumbass.
the studs were finger tight in the block and he torqued the nuts unevenly.
so no bhg but the head was lifting and the gasket might as well not even been there.
Im takin the head tommarow to the machine shop to be checked and resurfaced if needed but i doubt it. while its apart im having my valve covers powder coated and relocating my power steering reservoir.

Childersburg AL,
well monday i took my head to the machine shop in Anniston, tuesday around 12 oclock
I got the Good news.
Head wasnt warped at all, not even a little. Had it surfaced just for insurance.
I started reassembling everything on the head, cams are in intakes back on.
Need to pick up some hi temp paint for my exhaust manifold then itll be ready to go back in the car.
if everything goes smoothly it should be running Sunday.
Ill post some pics of the head and new valve covers asap

Childersburg AL,
Help? I rounded off one of the bolts on my head stud.
Happened around 65 ft lbs. I guess the socket slipped.
The entire nut isn't rounded just a small portion around the top.
And for some reason my socket won't go all the way down over the nut.
I'm thinking the stud isn't letting it Happen.
Hopefully tommarow I can find a deepwell 12 point and finish torquing it.
That's the only thing holdin me up.
But untill then here's a pic of my valvecovers.

Childersburg AL,
Fixed!!!!!
Heads torqued, I'll finish bolting everything up during the next couple days.
But for now I'll bask in my glory.
I honestly thought this was gonna turn into a situation.

Childersburg AL,
Thanks, It should be down hill from here.
I still have to relocate my p.s. Resvoir set timing and put the turbo back on.
On a side note I'm seriously debating on sourcing some sawblades and ploishing them.
Any body have some Layin around?

If i would have known, i would have been able to hook you up on some sawblades. I had a set with damn near new tires and they were sprayed gun metal.
