progress of my 1jz red rocket..

hey! jus a little history, got my car back in august, its a 89 turbo 5spd with 127k miles, all original paint, one owner..ran great until bam..blew my headgasket one day ..so time for a 1j..here is my progress! lol

UPDATE:
Went and did a little cleaning.attempted to take out the ac condensor and lines. also the ps "cooler" lines because i will be running a seperate cooler.

also little things like EGR, Battery (will be in trunk), misc bolts and such removed.

and the motor that gave up on me...

more to come..just cleaning up..learning how to take things off lol and taking parts off and painting them.

just got back from work..sprayed the engine bay today got it all torn down and sprayed!

(the flake isnt that extreme, u can barely tell its there under light)

the color is just a black with green/blue BASF flake, i dont kno how much lol made two batches and i just squeezed until i thought it was ok, turned out almost exact
