yep, thats the fuel line.. umm I believe you need a open end wrench to remove the FPR off the rail then a flared end wrench for the other end going towards the gas tank. wish I could be more helpful on what size and all but its been a while since I had to mess with that.

maybe not even a flared end, damn like I said it has been a while for me.

I think the 90 degree end goes under your alternator and the other en connects over by the p-stump or power steering pump. I think it's the line that goes right in front of the timing belt cover on the face of your engine.

Or atleast that's the closest I can identify it. These new parts have all been changed around a bit and look a bit different than the stocker part.

I noticed this during my build as well.

Looks like a 21mm(maybe 19mm, but looks to big) on the pump. Probably the same on the rack, but I can't see it right now. I'll check this weekend when I get my car up on the lift. You should be able to get a wrench in there on the pump pretty easy.

Make sure you either have new copper seals, or don't lose the stock ones. There's four of them. One goes on the head of the bolt side of the line, and one goes on the pump/rack side.

Lol, you might wait a while. I tend to be a little forgetful sometimes :) I'll try to remember, though. Should be able to do it tomarrow.

Just get under there with some wrenches, and see which one fits. Oh yeah, and put the little caps back in the ends of the line. Remove the old line, route the new one in the same place, and then take the caps off. If you have them off when you route the line, you're gonna get dirt and crud in it.

A jack like this: http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/prod...BV_EngineID=cdcfaddlgiklelfcefecemldffidfno.0
Jack stands: http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/prod...TOOL&subcat=Lift+Equipment&BV_UseBVCookie=Yes

Don't be cheap here. A jack and jack stands are must have tools if you're gonna work on your own car. Buy good ones the first time, and you'll never buy them again. Get 4 stands, and you can put the whole car in the air when you want to. Put the front of the car on stands, with the parking brake ON, and the trans in park(automatic) or first(manual).
If you can't figure out how to get those bolts loose, you might consider finding a mechanic in your area to do it for you, or maybe pay one of the knowledgeable local forum members to help you.

its a 17mm, its not that hard to remove it, the only hard thing about replacing this line is when after u have disconnected it and to take out u have to wiggle it through those angles at that gap near the pump. I did it in my driveway and had my dad help me to wiggle it only. It should be a 17mm but it has been over a year so i could be wrong. Yea, like Cuel said, put back the bolt after u had taken out the old one so dirt and other stuff wont get into the system, good luck
