Hey everyone I am looking to buy a Precision DBB 67mm Billet .81 A/R Turbo for my 7m. Before I do go through with this new setup I would like to hear reviews on this specific turbo, also I am very interested to know how much hp you can pump out of one? I'm looking between 600-700rwhp on high boost, all supporting mods, built motor, methanol injection, e85 fuel and so on...Let me hear what you guys have thanks!!

Good turbo choice. Their is lots of info about this turbo on Supraforums. So far (if I remember correctly), there have been 2 2JZ's hitting over 800rwhp with this turbo. An IS300 with a billet 67 (.96A/R) hit around 835rwhp SAE corrected. Not to mention an evo that made over 900AWHP with this same turbo.

Alright thanks MRSUPRA...do you know what a 7m with all the mods needed to handle and put out power would make? I am just looking for 600rwhp but anywhere between 600-700rwhp tops would be very nicee

Yea I plan on going AEM standalone to tune to perfection and get the most out of the setup while still making it very reliable...Ive heard nothing but good reviews on this turbo and I am curious of how it will perform on a fully built 7m!!!

It will do amazing.
PTE turbos rock!
A built 7M done correctly, and well tuned has no limits.
I see no reason why it couldn't be as powerful as a built 2JZ.

Besides the building the bottom end, anything to enhance flow will help you get the most out of the 67. If you have the money, I would have the head ported and get at least A/M springs and retainers along with 264 or 272 cams. The stock intake manifold flows fairly well, but a better aftermarket one would help too. A big diameter downpipe and exhaust will help also.

Standalone EMS and plenty of fuel will be a must too.
I see you having no problem hitting 800rwhp on the 7M with this turbo if done with all the right supporting mods.

Alright thanks for the responses guys!! As far as fuel what size injectors would suit this setup the best? I'm def. going to run dual fuel pumps and all lines will be stainless steel to handle methanol injection.

Any recommendations on what size wastegate to use? Also is there any specific T4 tubular manifold that will go better with this precision turbo?
