So what is the trick to removing the door moldings without bending the hell out of them. I went to a junkyard this morning and tried but f-ed it all up.

Yes. On the door there is one 10mm nut towards the front and it was removed.
Basically want to know if there is a special tool you need because of the adhesive. That's what I had problems with.

You can try using a adhesive remover or try wd-40 to loosen up the adhesive.
Then try using a small putty knife to pry the molding loose.
Kind of yes, but I guess, not perfectly. Mine are so scrwed up, that I almost can't notice, that they have been re-bent 
The bends I created are gradual and not 90 degree. I could probably manipulate it back to near perfect. I might just go back and buy it tomorrow.
