i was having power steering problems on my 89 with pps. steering at idle was hard, not as hard as the engine off, but still hard). so im rebuilding my rack and i have a question about the pps solenoid. with no power to the pps solenoid should i be able to blow air through the bottom hole on the solenoid or not? with the solenoid closed i can blow through with a little resistance. when i give it power it is free flowing. thanks
