Yes I did search and I really can't Diagnose the problem with my windows switch I can't get it to work heres what I've tried.

Tested the motor by running 12v to it and it works

Bought a new switch still doing the same thing

And I reset the breaker thing.

Now the when the car is in ACC the green lights on the switch turn on when I hit a button the lights turn off never to return.

I also just noticed that my power locks don't work ,but if it was the integration relay the lights wouldn't work and everything seems to work fine except my power lock and power windows.

Could it be a bad ground some where I do here a relay click and then nothing happens?

Which switch did you buy? Which window is the problem? If it helps any other than the 30 amp CB the locks and windows share nothing in common. The windows are the easier circuit of the two so start there. Based on the leds doing what you said it sounds like the driver's side switch is goofy. They get power from inside the switch. Better be careful taking that thing apart as it's fairly complicated.

Edit: The lock and window controls do share a ground point. Ground point D, located at the mounting bolt of Junction Block #1. Does your power seat work?

Well, I hope the 89 wiring is the same as your car. JB #1 is behind the drivers kick panel. The big one. The ground for those circuits is on the mounting bolt. That the seat is working shows at least some connection there. Check for continuity between the white with black stripe wire on pin number 5 of the driver window switch and body ground or bring a ground to it and see what happens. Without that ground nothing in the windows will work.
