So Ive got the car back together, and it moves under its own power :icon_bigg I dont even have a cel so far. The only problem Im having is that the ps pump is whining like hell. The resivior has fluid in it up to the max line, so is there anything that im missing? I tried moving the steering wheel from lock to lock and holding it there for a few seconds but it still wont stop whining. Plus it doesnt seem to suck the fluid into the pump. Do you guys have any suggestions?

take the sending line and return line off of the resivior. they should drain freely. theres a tiny mesh screen in there that gets clogged over time. mine did the same thing (bottle full and the pump fried because it wasnt getting fluid!) ive heard theres a way to clean it (backflush maybe?) but havent tried it yet
