First of all I start this thread because want to install a PPS system in my car. But I’ve got a question about the different (progressive) power steering systems I’ve seen. Because I’ve got a completely different gear housing compared to the one showed in the TSRM.
As seen I’ve got a mixed up car. The car is an early 88 pre facelift model, with a face lift sub frame (for my 1JZ engine)
I don’t know if the steering rack is original, but it was installed in the car when I bought it.
Can anyone tell me if this is a PPS rack (I guess yes, because of the connector.) and can I install any PPS computer or are there different computer types?
