Looking at getting a different cluster for my car, but it is about 12k km's lower mileage than mine. Is it possible to roll it up to meet my current mileage?

I guess I could stick a drill on it for like 4 weeks, buy any other ideas?

what he said ^^

or.... just swap the speedos if needed...

have wound UP a number of mileage meters replacing FUBR units to read correct KMS from Japanese import mileage wind backs

If you have a complete unit just bolt it in and save your self some drama

Last fix n sell car I had mileage read 55.000kms for 5 years I dismantled to find a bad wind back job had been done and could not wind up from gears broken inside

I replaced with used unit that had done 120,000kms and wound back to read 102,000

Can be done with time and care if you have never dismantled a dash cluster please just swap it

I wouldn't say so. I did it first time and it took, with taking the cluster apart, like maybe half an hour. If you take it easy and don't apply much force nothing can go wrong there, if ofcourse you search and read, how exactly to do it.
In the process I could clean the numbers, so now my gauge is like new, I like it :D
You can always take both speedos apart and just change the gauges though....
