Please help me to identify these head bolt

Are these bolt OEM or ARP or something else?

OEM. ARP's don't have allen heads but rather a 12 point end on the bolts and a 12 point nut on the studs.

I really mean bolt, not stud (I know. ARP provides both and I'll use studs for my rebuilt)
