Will 7mgte pistons fit in my 7mge block? Also the oil squirters in the gte block helped to keep the piston skirt temp lower to reduce detonation correct? Im asking of course because im doing a na-t conversion and wanted to know if instead of oil squirters i just retarded the timing or would i need more?

Yes, the oil squirters are to help cool the pistons, but also the wrist pin/bearing.
More for longevity, than to decrease the chance of pre-ignition.
Many people run without them on mild builds.
Coating the piston domes will help as much on keeping them in.
A word to the wise,
Make sure you install a turbo oil pump, as the NA one has smaller gears, and is marginal at best on a non-turbo.
You add a turbo, and some of the oil is going to go to it, so you need more pump flow.

ive never heard of oil squirters on an engine other than this one...are oil squirters that important? or can someone make a 550whp without them?
The squirters cool under the crown of the pistons and help transfer a LOT of heat away into the Oil Cooling system so aid overall engine cooling in sustained high HP situations (they're common in Aero engines)

your actualy asking the same questions im wanting to know. As for the oil pump i got that covered my setup is gonna be anything but traditional. My other question is if i put in some gte piston heads and got them coated about what hp would the be reliable for?

Heads are identical, only the Intake cam is different Matt.
We've seen 700whp numbers here on the forums but thats with GREAT tuning. Now if you want to be safe, then 500whp
