What kind of piston to sidewall clearance use for a full race w/nitrous setup? I've heard you want to set them up comparatively loose to stock is this true?

I am not familiar with the alloy Arias uses or the gram weigt of the piston. You will need to check that. The Alloy and weight of CP and JE pistons we like to do .0042 to .0045 for a race motor with nitrous. As always, you will want to be at operating temps before seeing the track or any nitrous. .0045 to .0048 worked well with a over 1000hp 7m. .0060 was tried but the motor had a great deal more blowby and a good bit of piston slap until warm.
