I just bought another 87supra this one has a 1JZGTE in it .She has a few J.D.M. after market upgrades( Kakimoto 4 inch down pipe and exhaust Mines ECU JDM MK3 fuel pump greddy boost controller Sard boost gauge )and I was wondering what if anyone can comment on them and suggest a good way to proceed (my other7MGTE is stage 5)....also what should I limit the boost to till I put in a HKS stopper and what kind of performance should I expect...when the roads are dry Barry

I'd say you need to take it to a dyno to find out it's true performance. People can armchair dyno and speculate all they want based upon what you have said, but there's no telling how aggressive a tune is on that ECU.
