Hey guys, currently running built 7m with maft pro running speed density. as for the pcv system it is currently setup like this. intake port connects to both valve covers with a tee on each. the hose then goes to the catch can. out of the catch can goes to the pre turbo intake pipe. for simplicity, i would like to do away with the hose from the pre turbo pipe to the catch can and put a mini air filter right on the catch can. would this setup be ok? i am running speed density so i dont need to worry about unmetered air. thanks

The setup defeats the purpose of a PCV system. The purpose of a PCV is to actively purge (and burn) the crankcase of blowby gases.
The GTE PCV system flows different ways under vacuum and boost.
In this case, under boost, the gases will escape under the hood (and under boost there is much more blowby than vacuum cruse).
If the catch can is not catching the oil from the PCV, then why is it there in the first place?
