My front bumper on my white 91 mark III is not in the best shape. Bunch of those "yellow" spots appearing all over. I was wondering if there is a certain way to prep/paint it so the paint will adhere and not start coming off again. Every shop i have been to have said rougly the same thing and wouldnt paint it or they would say it wouldnt turn out good. Is it not even worth the risk of repainting and should i just go ahead and get an AM bumper or can it be done? Any suggestions would help, i just want it to be rid of all those ugly splotches and have a nice glossy white over it!

Just sand it and paint it. Use accetone to clean it off before you paint.

What are you using to paint it?

Thats what i did with a used stock bumper. Needed more clear and a wetsand but came out all right for my first time with a gun.

Idk how they do out there but they must be some lazy people.
