paint questions

my car is ready to be painted all body work is done anyone have suggestions about what kind
of paint to use i priced ppg and dupont its around 350 or more is that about average?
the paint code im going with is steel gray mist (187) from the 91to 95 mr2

to save a few bucks go to your local ppg dealer and price the same paint but ask for omni paint not ppg. omni its ppgs budget brand same paint with out haveing to pay extra for the can to say ppg if you are on a tighter budget price it in singal stage that way you don't have to deal with buying clear coat you give up a little depth(unoticable to the untrained eye and even the trained eye has a hard time telling it apart) but its a more durable paint
I wouldn't suggest using it if you are gettting the car color sanded and buffed after paint because it makes the job much harder hope this helps
