I'm about to install my perma cool 4 row cooler but I can't decide on a location that doesn't block flow to my intercooler/radiator and still functions great.

I've seen people that have mounted it right to ther intercooler and some that put it between the radiator and a/c.

Wouldn't those locations slow the flow of air going to the ic and rad though? I'm not sure the rate at how much it would block airflow but I've heard by some that you want to mount it clear out of the way of these.

I've never custom mounted anything before so i was wondering if anyone has done this before that found an good location and what hardware they used.

First: dont mount it directly to another cooler of any kind. I personally wouldnt mount it between the rad. and AC either. I used the old oil cooler and mounted it between the intercooler and radiator.

Second: Having an engine under cover will help keep the air going through the intercooler ect. greatly.

How about about 2-3 inches in front of the intercooler right in the air vent next to the passenger fog lights?

That will work fine.

Just try to make sure you have some space between any coolers you put in. I personally prefer 3-4".
