Nick:
I'm scaling the AFM back a certain percent per throttle percent. I scaled it back 30% to correct for the huge injectors I'm running. I'm running the lex afm housing and 720cc injectors.
My reasoning behind the TPS being at fault:
It is stuck in the row that only pulls 15% fuel back across the RPM band(30% throttle), instead of in some cases(right at 5k rpm) where it pulls back up to 45 % fuel. The guy tuning the car did this to bring timing up some. Addition injection on the emanage takes the pulsewidth of the injectors and adds pulsewidth to the injection signal directly on the injection wires in the harness. The additional injection is completely unseen by the TCCS.
My theory is that because I am only pulling 15% fuel instead of 45ish at WOT 5kRPM, that its adding in that 20% extra with add. inj., but not pulling out the 45% it's supposed to at the same time VIA afm scaling...
thats around 25% more fuel than I need.
Oh... interesting sidenote:
Looking at the datalog, with the car stumbling rich misfires at 5k rpm, 16 psi on a T66 with 720CC injectors.... the injector duty cycle is still at around 77 % lol...
Of course, that all changes when I throw in race gas and up the boost to around 25 psi
