I'm going 3" from the turbo back, with a Magnaflow Hi-Flo 94109 primary catalytic (no pre-cat) and a Magnaflow 12288 18" single-in dual-out setup. Anyone running these, or have any thoughts on how well they'll keep droning under control? Thanks...

Can any tell me if droning is due to the gauge of the pipe? The gauge of the pipe is probaly just one of the many reasons for droning
right/wrong?

Good question, hope one of our resident experts weighs in on it. I myself would guess that EVERYTHING in the system plays some part in it, but which is the most significant and how you need to address it I'll wait for the aforementioned experts to tell us.

That's really close to what I run, the only difference being that my muffler is single in and single out. It's only loud at low RPMs. It's worst at about 1750, and gets better both above and below that. The rest of the time it's fine.

Guys the HKS 75mm(3inch) Exhaust with dual-tip. Looks original and sounds beautiful. Believe me I got this installed on mine. I don't understand if some one will wish for something else. It is near stock sound level when just driving around, but with a deeper rumble.

Check on my attachment and the vid on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKlAE5PRoU4

It is a complete HKS Sport 3inch cat-back system. The muffler are chrome tipped and makes it look nice and even bigger as they are. There are two resonators( one small and one big) and about the same size as the original exhaust. The sound of the exhaust is not quite like the video. It has a lot more deeper rumble, but not too much. It will fit any 3 Inch test pipe or cats.

Suprasport has this cat-back. http://www.suprasport.com/MA70-HKS-SPORT-Turbo_p_24.html

I had and loved the HKS turbo exhaust except i HATED the double tips. I was actually in the process of cutting back the inner tip when it sold. This is a total sleeper exhaust

I now have the raptor racing muffler on 3" pipe with a hi-flo cat and its not bad at all, a lot of people like it, i myself would like to quiet it down just a little bit more w a resonator.
