Opinions on holley HP

Just a thought, Never see much of them in the import world. My brother has a Holley HP setup on a Stealth ram 383 with procharger in a camaro and loves it. Says the self learning the majority of the map is the nice part and easy to tune.
Would have to swap over to GM sensors and figure out what to do for the Cam sensor. But a new harness and a tuneable ECU would be nice.
Just a thought ive been having lately.

No need to reinvent the wheel adapting stuff designed for a domestic application. You'd likely have to replace your factory idle control motor and a whole host of other sensors, there are plenty of ECUs on the market that will retain all your factory equipment, the EMU being one of them. We recently added autotune to the software, so if that's the selling point then you're all set.

So how good is the autotune software? Ive got the DET3 on it but that plug and play EMU is definitely on the table, If the autotune is good then consider it sold. Its just hard to get the map filled in correctly without a dyno it sure would help.

Autotune is solid. Tuning will never be 100% automatic, you'll need to do some smoothing and build out areas of the map that you didn't hit while logging, but it's an incredibly handy tool.
