Hey i have developed an oil leak in my car. It's where i have cirlced and i was wondering what might cause it, or how i go about fixing it?

My cps leaks and drips down all over that side... I don't know about where you have circled though...

Depends if it is leaking from inside or out. By your pic I would think inside. If you are good at tearing things apart and fixing them you could repair your cps. If not, find another one that isn't leaking.

I would start with a new CPS cover. You could get a new stock one, but I would recommend picking up the AZ performance billet CPS cover kit. I went this way and my leaks went away, didn't have to touch the CPS. My stock one was crispy and brittle wow. Good investment regardless even if you end up having to go inside the CPS down the road for o-ring/grommet seal fixes.

Fix the O-ring on the CPS not the cover.
Trapping oil inside the CPS isn't what you want to be doing.
