Ok I have around 2-3 ounces of oil around spark plugs # 1 and 2. I changed the gaskets and added hex screws and it still does it. What could it be?

what other mods do you have done to your car?

There are some allen key type plugs for the oil galley in the center of the head. Can't remember which ones are coolant, and which one's are oil. Check to see if there is oil running down one or two in particular.

It's the oil gallery plugs. The ones holding the no.3 cylinder head cover. There are 4 of them. Book says 13ft/lbs and I've had them loosen just enough to leak at that setting, I use 15ft/lbs and haven't had a prob since. They are 14mm allen head. Here's a pic I took real quick, they are the ones up flush with the valve cover sealing surface. The ones actually down in the spark plug gallery hold coolant.
