oil inside my timing cover

I have oil saturation underneath my timing cover, what do you guys think, the car cranks but wont turn over.

What does that mean? Does the starter turn the motor or not? It cant be both.

Has there been any work done to it? head gasket? timing belt? please inform us. like mentioned cam seals, crank seal, backing plate, oil pump drive, head gasket where meets with backing plate.

I just purchased the car , the starter turn the motor but it will not run. It looks pretty much stock to me. The guy I bought it from didnt know much of what he had. This is my first supra. Sorry if i seem a little ignorant to these motors. I am going to be doing a complete engine rebuild just trying to see what could be wrong 1st

Is anybody hear in Pennsylvania, near philly or morgantown preferrably. I could use some pointers and help. Im willing to pay for your time. Thanks, John
