CT26's shaft broke and it pumped oil through the engine's intake system. I'm upgrading to a turbonetics t-61 among other things. My problem is when I restart the car for the first time I want to run some cleaner through the intake & head but I don't really want to blow the oil & cleaner through the new turbo. Any tips or advise? Should I just not worry about it?

if theres a lot of oil might as well clean out ic piping. when piping is off look in tb and see how much is in intake and ic. take it from there. thats wat i would do.

I agree with Supra_ed. Just take all the piping off and wash it out and clean the intercooler with some gas to get all the oil out. The rest should be ok.

New intercooler & piping are going on. I pulled the old piping off and about a qt of oil poured out. Exhaust manifold came off and the head has a light coat of oil in the runners. I'm worried about the effects of oil & induction cleaner running through the turbo.

and if you really want.. put some ATF in a spray bottle. get the engine warm, and spray that into the intake. it'll smoke like sh!t but, ATF is a detergent and will clean the inside of your cylinders up.
