Oil filter o ring

Does anybody know the name/or part number for the large o ring for the oil filter? Finishing up my build, can't find it. Guess I'm going to order it from Toyota because local autoparts store doesnt carry it. Tia

Not sure if they come in a gasket set but it's so cheap from Toyota it doesn't really matter.

I think he's talking about the one between the housing and the block. If so, I got one for my 2j from Toyota for $10.

Ahhh, thank you for this. Been on the hunt for this o-ring for a couple weeks! Original part number was discontinued.

Here's the actual part number of what you're looking for 96732-31070. It's the large O-ring that goes between the filter bracket and the block. What I did in a pinch was to use a thin smear of Permatex ultra black silicone on top of the old gasket. Here's a Japan parts website with the reference. Put your cursor over the diagram reference part number and when it turns red click on it to get the actual part number. Click here to go there.

90301-68004 was the o-ring I found on Toyotapartsdeals.com that folks said would work. I have the o-ring you provided in my cart from the amayama website. Fingers crossed I got the right one. @Bru

It appears that this is still available from US Toyota dealers parts counters for about $6. I just used a smear of Permatex ultra black silicon on top of the old gasket with no leaks.
