What kinds of offsets do you run on 86-92 Supras? I never really learned how to measure offset and how to get my wheels out like I want them. If I wanted to have my offset where my tires would be flat with the fender or a little more what offset would I run? and what offset do you run and where does that put your wheels?

Depends on the width of the wheel. Stock is 16x7 +37mm.

what are the widest wheels you can run on a MKIII, assuming upgraded suspension of course? There were some whls & tires fs on here and they were 18X10 rears & 18X9 fronts would they fit depending entirely on offset?

Sure why not. Stock MKIV wheels that fit on MKIII's are 17x8.5 and 17x9.5 and have plenty of fender clearance. With the right offset I dont see why you couldnt stuff 10s in the rear and 9s up front.
