odd knock sound

Ok guys. since i bought my MK i didn't drove it a lot. but the few times i did i found an odd sound comming from the head of the engine.
when i bought it, i drove it from UK to Paris and all was fine.

but after a few time. this sound appeared. i checked brefly and saw there was no seals(gasket?) under the valve covers and a screw was missing (the one near the alternator/intake)

engine was covered with oil and so was the ....hmmm it is named?.... the holes where the plugs are.
What is odd to me is that this sound is only present when i push on gaz. as soon as i release it, this sound disepear.

i tried to hear from where this sound was comming and it appear to come from the place where the screw was missing ... so i guess it's a "valve" problem.

but i can't figure what part of the valve assembly it could be for change it (i'm short with money actualy so i can do a whole change)

is there something in this area that only work/sound when gaz pedal is pushed?

not really, no matter the RPM, the sound can be heard when on gaz (well, after 3000+ RPM on "L" and "2" i can't hear it because of the 7M sound)

when hood is up, i can hear it when comming near this valve part

you can shim the valves for a quick easy fix

No rocker arms in the 7M.

Shimming the valves should solve it unless there is an even greater problem.
