O ring head gasket

Ok I am just wondering if anyone has ever had there block O ringed,

i know some high HP guys do it on there v8's. if anyone here HAS done this in the past could you really explane the pro's and con's , how useful it is etc,etc

I may be wrong but there isn't enough room between the cylinders to O ring a 7M.

I would love to be the first one to try it but I dont see that happening, just not enough room, Im afraid if I try it I will literally be pissing away alot of money(custom oring gasket, machine work of block and possibly head)

Not enough space for a proper O-ring job IIRC.

i seen this done to a 7m before but never got a chance to buy it because that motor was fs in cali by some machine shop was selling it so i think i can be done

it's not the fact that there isn't enough room, it's that you use a copper gasket with it that isn't as durable in the long run (coolant is usually the issue)

not worth the time unless you're going for huge power, and people do that on normal MLS gaskets...
