I plan on getting another to build, go through the heads, cams, etc. I also plan to mate a 6sp trans to it, along with a blower. it'll take a custom intake, but the eaton mp112 is a great match for the motor.

Theres one 10mi down the road from me. Runs mid 15s.

remember, the 1UZFE and the 2JZGE make the same WHP and Torque.

Yes but the inlines are more reliable then V patern engines somthing to do with more support and main bearings way simpler also to upgrade half the amount of head parts still one of a kind and great work a supercharger is best choice for this engine.

Yea I replaced one of these engines at 100k.

If it makes the same power as a 2jzge then im sure its heavier.. not really sure I would do this swap.

1fz-Fe inline 6 cylinder 4.5 liter + lots of boost would be nice

IF you like 1UZ's, go on soarercentral.com, there is a 7sec 1/4mi 1UZFE Soarer on there. Ok, its a full tube chassis drag car with a Soarer fiberglass body. But it is a turbo 1UZFE that run's 7s

yes, that car is crazy.

The 1uz setup is 30 pounds lighter all together than the 7m setup. it is also lower and farther back in the car.

wow 30 lbs lighter interesting stuff, once you add some turbos and so forth you have a nice V8 and not much more weight then the 7M not to shabby at all, cool stuff. Keep it up
