Normal MKIII Problems and Long crank problem

So sometime this weekend im going to be trying to fix a couple problems with my 90 supra turbo 1jz swap.
Code 12 crank sensor
Clutch pedal all the way to the floor (checking lines first then see if i need to change clutch master cylinder and/or slave cylinder)

Any other normal problems with the 1jz motor or mkiii i should look for while im working on the car?

Reason i ran the codes for is i am have a long crank and no turn over but sometimes no crank at all. Thought it was the fuel pump at first but when there is no crank you can hear the fuel pump priming. Any ideas and any recommendations are helpful.
