Last fall I replaced the failed headgasket in my 7M-GE swapped into my mark 2 supra. This took the better part of a month to finish due to classwork and the shortening days. Just last week during the insanly good weather here (over 60 for 3 days) I got working on the car and finished the simple stuff that was needed, such as installing the alternator and working with coolant hoses. after messing with the timing and getting that dialed in, there appeared to be very little to do on the engine. it appeared to run fine. It idled great, sounded great. Reved great. I then decided to test drive it down my short street that has a circle on the end. it was fine untill the circle, where it started to bog down oddly. so i drove back to my driveway, got out and looked at it. By the time I got out and grabbed a flashlight, the car was running fine agian. Idled great, revved great. I then decided to take a second trip, to test it further. Right after i passed the circle agian, the car bogs down but this time sputters out and dies. I am unable to restart the car there and have to push itt back. After a few simple tests it appeared the car was not getting spark from the coil. I have to look at it more today when I get out of work in the early afternoon, I am just trying to get an idea why it died only during driving and not when parked. I plan on checking all engine grounds and all wiring associated with the coil and ignitor. If that fails, ill check the ignitor and coil as per the TSRM. Thanks for any help

Turns out that my idea of lack of spark was wrong. my inital tests for spark yesterday were wrong. I started the engine up today, took a little boost of brake cleaner but then it started right up and ran good. After running the engine for a while, with more of a cycle of load to no load (reving to idle, or drive and stop) the same symptoms came back. Only the idle is bad, when the engine is above 2K rpm its fine. What would the symptoms of a dying fuel pump be? or a possible bad installation of a headgasket (i hope not)? Thanks
