no spark to the plugs when i crank! help!

just because you have power to ignitor, does not mean it's functioning properly. Open up a tsrm, and do a proper diagnostics.

Have you done any work to the car lately? Is the ignitor bracket firmly bolted to the car's sheetmetal?

i took off the wire harness took the motor out and rebuilt it, put it back in,put the harness back on, tried to start but no spark,what could it be?

So basically you took EVERYTHING out, and then put it all back in..?

Yep we know what it is.


Definately your driveshaft :D

either that, or check your muffler bearings.

Matt is partially right. Hence the reason why I asked what he had done to the car before it wouldn't start.

Check your grounding harness (should be under or near the intake manifold).

Chances are you haven't regrounded the wires or you stuck them on the starter.
