no running lights?? somebody help plz

I cant seem to find out why my running lights dont work.
a little back story, when i bought my car the headlight switch was fubar, but the running lights and dash lights still came on. just the headlights wouldnt come on and flip. eventually the running lights and dash lights quit working. (it happened when I played with the headlight switch.)
I recently installed a new headlight combo switch, headlights and blinkers work fine but still no dash or running lights?
I dont think there are any blown fuses, but what else could it be?
bulbs maybe?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

you dont think there are blow fuses? have you checked? theres the fuse panel at the drivers kick panel and the one under the hood.

yes I checked but I'm not sure which one it would be.
There wasn't one labled "running lights" and it was dark so I didnt pull them all.

running light= parking lights. there generic terms. just look for a blon fuse. the kick panel cover tells you what fuses are what and the terms are going to be abbreviated.

Maybe try the manual? JB#1, top row, on the right: TAIL.

Could be your tail light relay isn't coming on though. It's controlled by IR #2 via the the combo switch:
