Well i finallly fixed my EGR and just blocked it off. However what seems like subtle misfire, slight hesitation throughout the RPM band. Its on and off, basically no smooth flowing acceleration. Removing the EGR helped alot cause i lost 4PSI of boost through it but can't figure this one out.
I've replaced plugs, other syptoms include high idle around 1K. Should i be considering a poor coil pack, like getting spark but not enough? The acceleration problem improves as engine warms up. I believe i have all boost leaks covered, last time i did it the only leak left was in the EGR which is gone now.
BTW i have lots of power, but again its not smooth.
I have SAFCII, is it possible i'm feeling the feul correction levels?
