Looks like it's stuck lean. Got a propane torch? Connect it to the brake booster nipple on the intake manifold (unlit of course) or shoot some carb cleaner in there with T and E jumpered while maintaining 2500 rpm. Does Vf change?

I will have to try that in the morning. I will give you an Update if the Signal changes.

If it doesnt then what should I check or do next?
if it does then what?

It'll prove the O2 sensor is working, connected to the ECU, and the ECU is able to operate in closed loop. All that's left afterwards is finding out why the system is unbalanced. My money remains on a bad load signal...

Robert - The load signal JJ is referring to is is the Ks emulation to the ECU the MAFT pro is producing using speed density. Exactly what we talked about yesterday.

Ok all,

I went outside this morning, Started the car up, Ran until completey warm, Jumped the T and E connector and with the muiltimeter connected it to the VF and E1 which was showing 5.00, Pulled the small vavuum hose off the Intake and and shot some Carb cleaner inside, The engine Sputtered a little as it was getting the fluid but the VF signal didnt change even at 2500rpms.

I tested all these O2 sensor with my Muiltmeter at they were within TSRM ohms. So where do I go from here?

Yesterday you said (at 2500 RPM with T and E1 jumped):

VF and E1 is 0.04-0.05 and bouncing between them, Engine completely warm

Today it's showing 5.0 volts?

BTW - propane would be a better choice...you just using it to enrichen the mixture.
If you are showing a steady 5.0 volts, something doesn't make sense.

Maybe Im doing something wrong....

Im going back outside now and rechecking it again. I dont think I had the E and t Jumped when I did it yesterday or maybe I did.

Jump the T and E connector so that the CEL is flashing, Put the Multimeter on the VF and E1 (or Neg Battery Terminal), Rev Engine to 2500rpms and shoot some Carb or Propane into the intake and watch the VF signal to see if it changes.

Is this correct?

Yes...that is correct. E1 is used for both the jumper (diagnostic mode...CEL flashing) and for the ground lead on the multimeter. You should get a fluctuation in voltage.

Feed propane into the brake booster hose or it's fitting on the manifold.
