Nissan experts on the VQ motor rattles on cold start

Any Nissan freaks out there that know anything about the VQ35DE or the 3.5's that are in the 02+ Altima, Maxima, 350Z etc. Having some serious rattling issues on cold starts. Coming from the timing chain area. Scared of the nissan dealer I'm afraid I'll get :flamed: There are some TSB's on the valve timing control sprocket. I also joined a couple nissan forums, and its been several weeks no responce. I know this is a long shot guys but....thought I'd try
