I'm lookin into get a 89 supra turbo with a spun rod bearing. I was wondering if i could just another 7mgte block and just attach the other parts onto it instead of getting a whole engine

yes, but youd have to polish the crank and get new bearings same thing that u would do if u use your own block.
if your talking about getting a running block with crank and everything in it already. and your trying to swap your top end off and put it on the new block then thats possible just make sure
1- change head gasket, and install it properly
2- make sure you buy the same block, if u had a 7mge get a 7mge, if u had a 7mgte then get a 7mgte.

yeah thats wat i was wondering. so if i get a running 7mgte block all i have to do is but all the accesories on it?
