New to SM.

Finally time to introduce myself, I have been reading the posts, and decided to join. I have an 88 N/A, 5 speed. It has been in storage for the last 8 years, only to come out for CA smog testing. I have always liked the MA70 Supra, so I can't really see selling it.

Upgrades for the future, Tein Flex coilovers, poly bushings, sway bars, wheels and tires. I have been looking into a turbo upgrade, but CA smog is a hassle to pass.

I bought the car with about 130,000 miles on it, it was a second car, so it never saw a lot of use. I replaced the engine after a BHG, and I only took it out every two years for CA smog testing. It now has 154,000 on it. Thanks for the welcome.

Thanks for the invite, I will try to make it to one of your meets. Where and when do you have them? Still suprised by all the intrest in a 20+ year old import.

We have a local board: www.socalsupras.com, sign up there, and you will see when we have meets...there is the annual Socal supras Picnic meeting in Irvine on April 13th. If you're thinking about attending a meet, this is the one! There is also a meet every Monday night...it's not a Supra-specific meet, but lots of Supra people (including myself) attend. PM me for details.

And a Supra isn't just ANY 20 year old import...
