ill look at that, its relay not a fuse? i looked for a fuse on the drivers side kick panle and there is a ignition fuse, but it was fine not blown, when we try to start the car it sounds like there is a clicking in the fuse box under the hood? do you have any pics of this starter relay or ware its location is at?

Starter relay is in the pass. side kick panel. If you hear it clicking when you turn the key then it is most likely still good, but could still be bad. It could also be a bad clutch switch, ignition switch or just a bad connection causeing a drop in voltage.
You'll need to check the voltage at the starter signal wire that MDC was talking about. Unplug it, hook up to it with a mutimeter and have someone turn the key. If you don't get any voltage than its probably one of the parts listed above. If you get good voltage. Then plug the wire back in and check it again while its under load. If your voltage drops then start looking for a bad connection which could be any one of the parts listed.

Its hard to say. It shouldn't drop much under normal conditions. If there is a bad connection, then it should be a significant drop. hope this helps
