www.driftmotion.com is a great place to start. He will upgrade the stock ct26 which is about all you'll need for four hundred horsepower. He also sells manifolds and bov. Good luck.

one more question. i was gonna do a mhg but i heard if i do this i need to have the head and the block machined. so i am wondering would a oem composit head gasket and arp head stud kit be able to hold the 400 to 450 hp range i am shooting for?

I ran a composite with arp bolts. Ran 14-16psi for three years. Head should be machined at least. Deck needs a good finish for metal gasket. If it was me, I would machine deck if using metal gasket. Unless you feel ambitious and hand lap the deck.

I have a Greddy T4 manifold. Might be for sale.
