Well, I'm intrigued... I've seen vaguely similar concepts before that turned out to be either too weak for the power the engine was trying to make or just too costly to build and in some cases very high maintenance.

The opposing piston design (seen in some diesels on ships, but not like this) in a rotary configuration at least 'appears' to be a very elegant solution to the volume issues faced by conventional internal combustion engines.

The Inventor talks about it. Says a replacement for a car would be about 25lbs, and give you 250 - 500hp.

its pretty damn cool imo, i have seen many concepts like this but this one is a winner. the only downside is that it does not seem very reliable, and one small failure brings the whole engine down.

looks cool to me, Actually seems to have some Potential maybe not in a car maybe so but i could see it being used in many areas if it can get more R & D
