got my flow sheet back from the shop. 3 angle valve job and a full CNC job.

Tell me what you think, that was the first 7MGTE head hes done, and he did a bad ass job on it. so i gave him a spare head so he can workout some stuff, and try to get even more flow out of it.

About a 10-20% increase. Unfortunately, all that flow from .4-.5" is pretty useless - our cams top out around .3" stock, and the BC 272s are .375"

The BC 272s would probably run pretty well with your head :)

NOt bad at all!! Thats a really good CFM increase at .400 lift. Are you using stock valves. Thanks for the info..

Thanks for the comments guys.

As for the cams, they are being made next week hopefully. im keeping the same duration around the 220-230 and the lift is gonna be doubled (.500) , It took him a little over a week to finish it up, hes got all the programs for the head, so if anyone need to have something done, you could PM me with your specs and i can see what kind of deal he would give you.

Hate to do this, but i have a 1J now, and no use for ths head. anyone interested? ill have a fs thread on it in the next few days :)
