lately the supra hasn't been running to good and has had a pretty bad boost leak.So i spent today tracing the charge pipes from the turbo to the throttle body to find the leak. After about an hour of looking i found that the coupler that connects the 3000 pipe to the throttlebody was almost ripped in half. The supra is my only car so i made a getto temp. fix of wraping it in a good helping of duct tape. Suprisingly it seems to be hold pretty good for now but anyway my question is what would be better to replace it with a straight section of silicon hose or somthing like this

i had that same exact problem... so bad it would stall at stops unless i held the gas down... luckily when it got so bad that it wouldnt start..(i thought it was out of gas until i looked harder and saw the coupler.) i had duct tape in the car and it held pretty well as long as i didnt boost too hard.

you need 2.75" i/d straight 4-ply silicone coupler like this 42-2501S1.jpg and 2 T-bolt clamps , measure to what it fit best and shorten coupler as necessary . here is the piture of my engine mkiii4.JPG
