New codes, need help please

I just got my car back from getting new lower compression pistons, mhg and rebuild.

I drove the car for a couple of days and now I have three codes
42, 51, and 71.

I know that 42 is the TPS, my safety clip is missing so that could be it.

51 and 71 says it's something to do with the A/C?

Can someone elaborate please?

71 is EGR. Likely, your egr temp sensor did not get re-connected.

aaaaaaaaa 51 most the time is your TPS adjustment.

51 has two definitions. The amount of trouble areas is not a definition. Either the idle contact inside the throttle position sensor is open when in diagnostic mode, or the A/C is on when in diagnostic mode.

Ok, I'll try diagnosing it again and make sure all accessories are off.

Well....
Looks like the codes will have to wait.
I was on the Freeway yesterday and the car felt like it was missfiring.
I pulled over and there was smoke coming from behind the engine on the exhaust side. Haven't had much time to look at it yet. I will diagnose the codes one more time to see if anything new came up and then I'll try to figure out what happened.
