There is two Vsv's one for the emissions system and one thats is used with the fuel pressure regulater(FPR). Since your talking about the one towards the front i assume u mean that one that works with the fpr. U can bypass it just make sure your fpr has manifold vacuum. The Vsv that works with the fpr is used for Hot starts. If u bypass it u might have a harder time starting during hot starts. Can anyone else vouch for what i'm saying i think its correct just don't want to give away bad info.
