the shift rails on my r 154 are "stuck" in the cast iorn part of the tranny they do not want to slide at all i have tried to heat up the iorn part to get them to move but no luck and i have even gotten to the point of hiting the rails with a hammer, i know hammers and tranny is never a good idea, but even after that beating from the hammer the rails are still stuck, the tranny has sat for a while though about 6 mounths inside, it worked fine before i took it out of car for clutch job, any ideas?
