need help: oil leak

My 7M has an oil leak on the front of the engine somewhere, but I don't know where. I know it's on the front because my radiator fan is blowing oil sludge everywhere.....all over my belts, upper rad hose, underside of my hood, pretty much everywhere if you fan out from the fan. Whenever my car sits still, there is an oil spot. Anybody have any ideas?

Cam seals leak sooner, and more often than crankseal on the 7m.

Easy job checking and replacing. But...both the crank and cam seals would normally let the leaking oil out at the bottom of the timing cover thru the little drain hole. Then the oil would blow down and back, coating the undercarriage.

Try spraying a can of 'brake spray cleaner' to clean things off and then check where leak is.
