Need help installing factory seats

Have a 91 supra that originally had power leather seats, po changed the front seats to grey cloth (assume leather was torn up). I recently picked a set of front leather seats, but when I tried to install them the seats had different connectors. Not sure what year supra those seats came out of. Is there any way to hard wire them or am I S.O.L? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you have the right connectors going to the right place? Not to sound mean, but last I checked I have put 1988 seats in a 1990, and all sorts of other seats in all sorts of other years Supras. There should be no issue as long as both were power then it is basically plug and play.

No offense taken, I will try taking a look at them again and make sure the plugs are the same.

There are only 2 plugs and they only fit in their respective slots. Snap a pic of the plugs and connectors and I can help ya out with it.

I wont be able to try to install today, sometime during the week I will try again if it is still giving me problems I will take some picks of the plugs and post them up.

Hey will a 1988 leather seats fit into my car, I have a 1989 and its leather and power option?

86.5-88 seats have the knob on the drivers seat for the recliner. 89+ are power recliners But yes it will fit.
