The freeze plugs on the block were removed during the hot tank, and I am going to order a set from Toyota. However, a couple of plugs (Well I'm assuming they're plugs) with a hex shape key in them in the back of the block are also gone. Does anyone know what size plugs these are, or maybe a part number? I contacted the machine shop but they can't seem to find them either.

Left side, behind the hard line, 2 large hex keys slots.

You can see the small holes on the lower right.

Help is much appreciated :icon_bigg.

They're assembly plugs and they're threaded in. You can get them from Toyota, I had to get a few for my head. Easiest way to thread them in if you don't have a tool that big is to use the head of a bolt (can't remember the size of the top of my head), double nut the threads on that bolt, and tighten off the top nut using the bolt head as your driver.
